Overview
The programme for the achievement of the New Zealand Certificate in Business - First Line Management (Level 4) has been developed as a work based programme which has the learner identifying team based goals substantial enough to take approximately 48 weeks to achieve. The programme activities include a series of steps designed for the learner to reflect on practice and change their behaviour as required. The end result will be a more thoughtful team leader who understands the consequences and impacts which result from the team leader’s input and interactions with the team members.

Learners may be individuals wanting to independently pursue a qualification or they may be in a cohort from a corporate client.
